We’ve been working hard and now its the final workout of the 2012 crossfit games open. A serious twisted version of everyones favorite benchmark to love/hate, Fran.

Its a 7 minute amrap of:

thrusters 100lb/65lb

chest to bar pullups

each round you ladder up by 3 reps I.E 3,3,6,6,9,9,12,12, etc….
