The Future of Fitness!!!
Summer is coming and Basin CrossFit Teens summer camp is ready to get started!Our teens program has one major goal in mind- PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports. Focused on bringing fun to functional fitness we will implement the 9 foundational movements used in crossfit through different workouts spread over 2 x 4 week camps. Our coach staff has years of experience and understand the demands and requirements for building a safe and effective teen program. We are limiting this class to just 12 spots to ensure 1 on 1 coaching time and build a positive training experience for your teen! Expect to develop body awareness, athleticism, flexibility, strength, and power as well as build lean muscle mass and burn excess fat through a combination of body weight and weightlifting movements combined with high intensity training.
Camp 1: June 5th-30th
(1 week break for july 4th)
Camp 2: July 10th- aug 4th
Ages 14-18: $249 per camp or $450 for both (save 5%)
4 x per week mon/tues/wed/thurs 3:30pm-4:30pm
