Dealing with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)

This will help with a understanding of why and how we get sore from workouts and not others. Most of you have noticed that the more consistent you are with your workouts the less sore you are getting. But you must also learn how to listen to your body and know when to much is too much or when you could “push” a little more. In the following days I will be posting more articles on this subject including self myo-fascial release (foam rolling), mobility, active recovery, & sleep. Enjoy!
