This will help with a understanding of why and how we get sore from workouts and not others. Most of you have noticed that the more consistent you are with your workouts the less sore you are getting. But you must also learn how to listen to your body and know when to much is too much or when you could “push” a little more. Just because your signed up for unlimited membership doesnt mean you gotta get 12 wods in a week!
