Pull-ups, butterflies, mups

As part of our pull-up progression we will be hitting “working sets” x 5. A working set is set of unbroken reps performed without completely reaching failure so that your able to keep the number of reps for the entire 5 sets. IE, perform 6 strict pull-ups and break, rest 10-20 seconds then perform 10 butterflies and break, rest 10-20 sec perform 3 bar mups. Repeat for 5 sets.
