I’m going to guess that everybody’s hands are hurting if you’ve hit the last two benchmarks on Monday and Tuesday. You guys are coming up with some really good times so far, keep it up as the benchmarks keep rolling, today we take a break form the pull-ups and do a benchmark that has not only never done at Basin CrossFit but I’ve never done myself. It has somehow slipped through the cracks. Be sure to bring your running shoes and foam rollers because this thing is going to rock your hams!

Strength: snatch 3×1 77%
Back squat 5 x 3 78%

Xtra: c & j 3×1 77%
Clean pull 3×3 95%
Clean deadlift 3×3 105%

5 rounds for time:
400 meter run
Overhead squat 95 lbs (15 reps)
