Ok, heres the new schedule starting next week.

6:00 am : WODS monday-tuesday-wedensday-friday

noon: WODs Monday-tuesday-wedensday-friday

open gym thursday

6:00 pm : Wods monday-tuesday-wedensday-friday

open gym thursday

7:00 pm: WODs monday-tuesday-wedensday

open gym thursday

saturday 9:00 am WOD

Its very simple guys, only thing changing is thursday will now be a open gym day , Same times. Just about everyone has asked me the question about when they should rest or what days to take off. Also, I know that some days you plan to take off then you see the wod online and you say “I cant miss that” then your back in there before your recovered and you end up burning out or risking injury. So we want to see you on M, T, W, then rest on thursday come back in for friday and if you can saturday then rest on sunday. This puts every body on a good rest/work cycle. You may miss one of those days or maybe cant work that schedule, not a problem. Just come in on thursday and make it up. Or come in on thursday to work a weakness such as full depth in a snatch/squat or getting proficient at those muscle ups. The only difference is that it wont be a group effort, where you all start the same or do the same thing. Workout is on the board, come in, bust it out, go home. Now theres no missed workouts for anyone! We all want to go to the games next year and a proper shedule and programming will help us reach our goals! Keep working hard guys!
