All you guys that are interested in getting stronger and competing in upcoming crossfit competitions, this is a great article for a baseline and better understanding. Paleo diet is a great start for nutrition and works very good at getting you lean and teaching you that you shoudnt be shoveling crap that somebody or something else has prepared no telling how long ago. But to take it to the next level there needs to be a little science and thought process that goes into it. If your goal is to just live a healthy lifestyle and “look good naked” then by all means go paleo all the way, dont eat grains, and dont worry about portions or calories but if your wanting to add some strength on a competitive level it needs to go a step further.
