Paleo challenge & special schedule

So we’ve made it 30 days! There were alot of good things that happened this paleo challenge. Lots of people started off strong with the tracking of thier meals and workouts but it tapered off towards the end. We seen a few different people who made that lifestyle change that we were looking for and won’t be going back to fast food anytime soon. Everyone who was in the gym on a regular basis showed HUGE improvements in their performance tests. Deadlift and squat PR’s by 30-40 lbs by multiple athletes. As well as improvements in speed, technique, & work capacity. Weigh in today!!! Post on “Btwb” we will be deciding the winner tonight and announce here on the website tomorrow. All aspects will go into our final decision. Weight loss, strength gains, benchmarks, food log, gym participation, overall attitude & performance, and of coarse the paleo diet. God job to everyone!
Also, as you’ve seen at the gym weve got alot of new equipment in. Were making some improvements this week and were gonna have to close down for a few days to get it done. We will be closed on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday this week. So get in there and get your wods done first of the week! Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a necessary movement for the gym. We will have more room and equipment to make you guys better athletes starting next week! Thanks for are your hard work and dedication guys! Keep it going!
