Usually don’t post Saturday wods but this one is special. If you guys want to bring a friend who’s been interested or maybe you sit on your couch every nite waiting for my next ranting blog and workout, saying “one day I’m going to try this place out” we’ll then tomorrow is your day. Were Open to anyone who would like to try out crossfit. No charge, no commitments, nothing except a badass workout with a badass group of people.

Diet challenge starts Monday!!!!! This does not mean going on a drinking and donut binge till Sunday night either. We got this, been putting in the work and building them muscles. Aren’t you ready to show that off? Nutrition is just as important!
