EMOTM for 10 minutes (increase load each round, go heavy as possible)

Power snatch + h. Snatch + snatch balance + sots press
(If a sots ain’t happening due to rom, muscle imbalances, unfunctionality, or whatever you call it then just do a snatch balance + Ovhd squat)

Then:

Clean and jerk (details on board)

Then:

8 minute amrap
12 box jumps
10 thrusters 95/65
8 burpees
