A little late with the post today. You guys wore me out last night, in a good way. If I leave the gym sweating just from coaching thats a good day. Pr’s around the room again!!!! All the ladies are pushing heavy weights, and its awesome! I seen women picking up alot heavier kettlebells than most the guys last night too. Step it up fellas or the women will take over.
15 mins to practice handstands, hspu, handstand walks, progress accordingly.
4 rds for time – 7 minute cap
snatch x 10 95/65
over the bar burpees x 5
“death by thrusters,pushups,switch jumps” 20 minutes total
minute 1 do 1 thruster (clean from the ground)
minute 2 do 2 thrusters
minute 3 do 3 thrusters
minute 4 do…………..etc.
when you can no longer complete the thrusters in the minutes time start pushups
when you can no longer complete pushups in the miuntes time start switch jumps
when you can no longer complete switch jumps just row or run remainder of time non-stop.
