PR! PR! PR! here its is guys big lift time! Ive been amazed by the form you guys have been using on your lifts lately. Who would of thought me and Jeff could make such good weightlifters out of you? Doesnt matter if you cant go heavy though, heres your chance.

20 mins to establish 1rm snatch

Five rounds for time of:
10 Toes to bar
75 pound Power snatch, 10 reps
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

extra work for the core (time permitting)
4 rds not for time
suitcase walks x 200′
bottoms up waiters walk x 200′
ovverhead squat x 10
