Nicole Trujillo is a passionate and dedicated coach at Basin CrossFit, known for her consistency, encouragement, and deep commitment to her community both in and out of the gym. A proud CrossFit athlete and certified coach, Nicole leads with purpose and heart — helping others tap into their strength, resilience, and potential.
Professionally, Nicole is a seasoned educator with over a decade of teaching experience. She currently serves as a teacher at South Elementary School in Midland, Texas, and has previously taught in districts across Texas, New Mexico, and Mississippi. She holds a Master’s degree in Reading Education from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from New Mexico State University.
Nicole was raised in Anthony, New Mexico, and now lives in Midland with her husband, Aaron, whom she married in 2015. As a devoted wife, mother, teacher, and coach, Nicole embodies balance, integrity, and strength in every area of her life. Her faith, work ethic, and servant leadership make her a powerful force within the Basin CrossFit family. Whether she’s leading a class, cheering on athletes, or showing up for her students, Nicole brings excellence to everything she does.
